The purpose of the study is to analyze the structure of the psychological determinants of subjective well-being and identify the most significant set of determinants that form the resources of the psychological well-being in sports coaches.This parameter is important due to objective conditions, which significantly increases stress and reduces the quality of life of nightstick twm-850xl subjects of professional sport.The participants were 200 professional sports coaches (89 women, 111 men), Mage=39 years, Mexprience=12 years.

The first group: meaning and positive emotions; the second group: authenticity dedication, and experience; the third group: achievements, negative emotions, involvement, and age; and the fourth one: meaning, self-efficacy, and age.
